  Here , you know how much WATER to drink after certain daily activity.
  1. 1 glass of WATER after you wake up helps activate interal orgams.
  2. 1 glass of WATER after taking bath helps lower blood pressure.
  3. 2 glasses of WATER half - an hour ( 30 minutes ) before meal will help digesstion.
  4. 1 glass of WATER before you sleep will help to avoid heart attack or stroke at midnight.

  1. Answer the phone by the left ear.
  2. Do not take medicine with cold water.
